Reporting Privacy Violations

All violations of state or federal (HIPAA) privacy laws should be reported IMMEDIATELY to the Harris County Hospital District’s (the District) Privacy Officer or his/her designee. You may report privacy allegations by mail, telephone, or e-mail, as described below. You may remain anonymous when reporting privacy allegations. However, should you identify yourself; the District will not tolerate retaliation against you for having reported a privacy allegation.
