Acres Home Health Center
In addition to regular adult and pediatric services, the Acres Home Health Center provides podiatry, dental, an eye clinic, x-ray, lab, nutrition, health education, pharmacy, psychiatry, counseling and social services. The Acres Home Health Center is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The fourth Tuesday of every month the health center is open from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
To schedule an appointment, call 713-526-4243. To ensure appointments go smoothly, be sure to bring your
appointment slip, current Gold Card and all medications you are currently
taking with you. Plan to arrive thirty minutes early. Parking at the
health center is free. |
