Eligibility Registration Centers The Harris County Hospital District's mission statement says we serve all County residents. While medical care is not free at our facilities, there is financial assistance for those who qualify. Based on your household income, you may qualify for full or partial financial assistance, on a sliding scale, including: full pay, half pay, co-pay or no-pay. This financial assistance for medical care is just one of the many valuable benefits of being a resident of Harris County.
