E. A. "Squatty" Lyons Health Center
In addition to routine medical services, E. A. "Squatty" Lyons Health Center provides a variety of nutrition, health education, psychiatry, counseling and pharmacy services. The E. A. "Squatty" Lyons Health Center is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Due to a staff meeting, the center is open on the third Tuesday of each month from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. To schedule an appointment, call 713-526-4243. To ensure appointments go smoothly, be sure to bring your appointment slip, current Gold Card and all medications you are currently taking with you. Plan to arrive thirty minutes early.
