The E. A. "Squatty" Lyons Health Center serves the primary care needs of Harris County residents living in the Humble area. E. A. "Squatty" Lyons Health Center provides health care services more than 12,000 patient visits.

In addition to routine medical services, E. A. "Squatty" Lyons Health Center provides a variety of nutrition, health education, psychiatry, counseling and pharmacy services.

To schedule an appointment, call 713-526-4243. To ensure appointments go smoothly, be sure to bring your appointment slip, current Gold Card and all medications you are currently taking with you. Plan to arrive thirty minutes early. Parking at the health center is free.
