Health Call Information Line

Health Call, the Harris County Hospital District health information line, is a service that provides the community with information on more than 1,000 health-related topics.

Health Call provides information about the Harris County Hospital District, including eligibility for District services, how to make an appointment, and details about services provided by the District. Health Call is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week, and offers many topics in both Spanish and English.

In order to use Health Call, individuals need to have a touch-tone telephone and access to the health topic code numbers.

To access Health Call:
1. Dial 713-715-2800
2. Dial 1 for English or 2 for Spanish
3. Dial 1 for information or 2 to make an appointment
4. Enter 4-digit code obtained from a Health Call listing
5. Listen to selected health topic
