HCHD Troubleshooters Calendar

Troubleshooters is the mobile Immunization Outreach Program of the Harris County Hospital District. Our goal is to be a vital partner of ALL communities to assist in increasing immunization rates by 1) providing easily accessible and user friendly immunizations services throughout Houston and the surrounding Harris County areas, and 2) increasing awareness through education with regards to life threatening, preventable childhood diseases and the importance of timely immunization at the recommended ages. Immunizations are provided for $3.00 per child for children 2 months to 18 years of age, which include:

  • DtaP/DT

  • Td (Tetanus or booster shot)

  • IPV (polio)

  • Hepatitis A & B

  • HIB

  • MMR (Measles/Mumps/Rubella)

  • Varicella (Chicken-Pox shot)

  • Prevnar  (PCV7)

  • Influenza (flu) and Pneumoccocal (pneumonia) – shots are provided during flu season (generally October – December) for Seniors/Adults/Children that fall into high-risk categories and are also free of charge

Troubleshooters is available, upon request, to provide immunization services on site via schools (public/private), churches, stores, health fairs, daycare centers, low-income housing or apartment complexes, or any other special community site or event. 713-873-TOTS (8687) is our help-line number to call and schedule services, or to simply hear dates, times, and sites of events already scheduled.
